Andrew Pieri Jr.

Andrew Peter Pieri Jr. age 73, passed away on Saturday, October 3, 2015 at Froedtert Hospital, Wauwatosa, WI. He was born on January 9, 1942 to Andrea Pietro and Rose Elisabetta (Nardi) Pieri in Chicago, IL. Andrew was a graduate of Notre Dame for Boys and he proudly served his country in the U.S. Navy as a SEAL in Vietnam. He began his career as a tool and die maker and finished his career as an electrician for IBEW, Chicago. Andrew was united in marriage on June 16, 1984 to Melody Kowalski. Andrew was always the life of the party. He was very proud of his Italian heritage; the food, the people, the company and the vino were never far away. Andrew loved guns, the outdoors and his puppies. He also enjoyed restoring cuckoo clocks. Andrew will be remembered for his willingness to be there for anyone at any time. Andrew is survived by three children; Andrew Peter III (Sandra), Anthony and Ryan; cousin (sister), Louisa Sofere; niece and goddaughter, Loretta Vallone. Also survived by many other relatives and friends. Andrew was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Melody and son, Nicholas Funeral Services will be held on Friday, October 9, 2015, 6:00 PM at the Ballhorn Chapels Funeral and Cremation Care Center, 1201 N. 8th St., Sheboygan with Rev. DuWayne Hanke, officiating. A time of gathering and support will be held from 3:00 PM - 6:00 PM.
