Dale Fredericks

Dale Fredericks, 62, of Sheboygan passed away Tuesday, October 7, 2014 at home. Dale was born February 27, 1952 in Sheboygan to the late Clyde and Betty Jane (Sternbeck) Fredericks. He graduated in 1970 from Sheboygan South High School. On September 1, 1973, he married the love of his life, Mary Lou Wilcox at First Presbyterian Church. She preceded him in death on October 10, 2008. Dale was employed by the Kohler Company as a tool and die maker, retiring in June of 2014. Since his retirement, he was enjoying having more time to spend with his children and grandchildren. He also enjoyed riding his motorcycle and working on several projects around the house. Survivors include two children, Jason Fredericks and Tara (Dan) Gruenloh; five grandchildren, Elizabeth, Alexis and Gabriella Fredericks, Megan Sunshine and Peyton Gruenloh, all of Sheboygan; three brothers, Mike (Joan) Fredericks, Scott (Dawn) Fredericks and Ty (Jeanne) Fredericks; two sisters, Diane (Clarence "Butch") Cherveny and Jodi Fredericks. In addition to his parents and spouse, he was preceded in death by his son, Travis, who passed away on September 17, 2011. A service to celebrate Dale's life will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, October 10, 2014 at the Zimmer's Westview Funeral and Cremation Care Center (Hwy 42 & JJ, Howards Grove) with the Pastor Jeff Jaeger officiating. Friends may call on Friday, at the funeral home, from 1:00 p.m. until the time of service. A memorial fund has been established in his name.
