David Raymond Boje, age 71, passed away at his home in Sheboygan on October 31, 2024. He was born on September 19, 1953 to the late Raymond and Virginia (Kraus) Boje in Sheboygan. Following graduation from North High School, David worked in Automotive Part Manufacturing and raised his four children in Sheboygan.
David loved working on cars and motorcycles. He not only worked in the automotive industry, he loved hot rodding in his youth, working on his Kawasaki 750 Motorcycle, and shared his love of vehicles with his family and friends. David was a Packer Fan, and loved talking about how the other teams in the league were doing. His family remembers fondly how he enjoyed home cooked meals, playing Mario Kart with his family (frequently falling into the drink when his Kart flew off the cliff), and listened to all kinds of hard rock. Metallica and Alice Cooper were among his favorites. Above all, he was a devoted father and grandfather, sharing his love and light with them. His fun, selfless, sometimes silly and goofy personality will be truly missed. The world could use more people like David.
David is survived by his four children, Christopher Boje, Ryan Boje, Nicole Boje (Andrew Schoen), and Joseph (Megan) Boje; his beloved grandchildren Skyla, Aden, Avaeh, Sawyer, and Cain; siblings, Kathy (Arleigh) Heitzmann, LaRae Bruno and Tom (Lorna) Boje. He is further survived by many other relatives and friends.
David is preceded in death by his parents, Raymond and Virginia.
