Denise A. Herm, 48, of Sheboygan Falls, passed away peacefully, surrounded by her family, on Wednesday, May 20, 2015 at Aurora Sheboygan Memorial Medical Center. Denise was born in Sheboygan on December 12, 1966 to Marvin and Judy (Whipple) Schmitz. She attended Sheboygan South High School and later continued her education at LTC. She also received several certificates from UW-Madison School of Business. On October 4, 2008, she married Michael Herm at Bethlehem Lutheran Church, Sheboygan. Denise was employed for many years at Johnsonville Sausage as a transportation manager. She had a lifelong passion for supply chain management and logistics. Denise enjoyed traveling and going on cruises. She also enjoyed cooking, gardening, sitting around a campfire, listening to music from the 70's and spending time with her family. Denise also enjoyed following her favorite polka band, the Happy Schnapps Combo. "Raise it!" In addition to her parents and husband, she is survived by two children, Carmen Courtright, Sheboygan and Ryan (Fiancee, Jessica Deicher) Kaminski, Sheboygan; three grandchildren, Karissa and Kamryn Kaminski and Jackson Frank; two sisters, Dawn (Todd) Fredricks, Sheboygan and Jennifer (Kevin) Weisfeld, Manitowoc; mother-in-law, Janice Herm; two sisters-in-law, Michelle Herm, Berlin, and Melissa Herm (significant other, Terry Ernst), Sheboygan; nieces and nephews, Kyle Fredricks, Seth and Paige Weisfeld, Aaron Warner, Breanna Herm (significant other, Sam Hartmann), Sierra and Gunnar Joosse; three great-nephews, Braden, Brayden and Braxton; former husband, Todd Kaminski and her special furbaby, Demi. Denise is further survived by many relatives and friends. Denise was preceded in death by her fathers-in-law, Joseph Herm and Gary Kaminski.
