Elizabeth Olson

Elizabeth Ann Olson, age 65, of Sheboygan, went home to her heavenly Father on Wednesday morning, March 4, 2015 at Aurora Sheboygan Memorial Medical Center. She was born May 14, 1949 in Sheboygan to Leonard and Myrtle (Otte) Olson. She attended Longfellow Grade School, Urban Jr. High School, and Sheboygan South High School. Liz was a member of Hope Reformed Church. She enjoyed going with friends, Janice and Joanie, to McDonald's for coffee. She also loved family gatherings at Christmas, reunions, birthdays and other holidays. Liz is survived by her brothers and sisters, Leonard, Jr. (Cheri) Olson of Greer, South Carolina, Marjorie Apel of Wausau, WI, Randall Olson of Kaukauna, Mary Pfister of Sheboygan, and Debora (Mike) McDougall of Sheboygan; aunts and uncles, Janet TeWinkle, Peter Otte, both of Sheboygan, and Margaret (Kenneth) Elmergreen of Sussex, WI; other relatives and friends. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Sandra Olson; her brothers-in-law, Lewis Apel, Gerald Seifert, and John Pfister; her uncle, Walter TeWinkle; her aunts, Marge Conley and Fran Otte. Funeral services will be held on Sunday, March 8, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. at Ballhorn Funeral Chapels. Rev. William TeWinkle, Pastor of Hope Reformed Church, will officiate. A time of visitation and support will be held from 1:00 p.m. until the time of service. Burial will take place at Lutheran Cemetery. A memorial fund has been established in her name for Hope Reformed Church.
