Esther Hermann, 86, of Cleveland, current resident of Shady Lane, Manitowoc, passed away Tuesday, May 06, 2014 at Holy Family Memorial Hospital, Manitowoc. Esther was born April 26, 1928 in Port Washington to the late Edward and Anna (Kleckner) Biever. On November 27, 1948, she married Robert Hermann. He preceded her in death on February 18, 2008. She was employed by Cleveland Auto Sales as the secretary/treasurer. Esther enjoyed walking, fishing, watching sports and watching the wildlife in her backyard, traveling, reading, dancing, playing the accordion and especially spending time with her family. Esther is survived by four sons, Charles (JoAnn), James (Terri), Robert C. (Angela Blashka) and Todd (Shelby) Hermann; two daughters, Chris Hermann and Donna (John) Falcone; four grandchildren, Lindsey (Jesse) Jones, Robert Busscher and Tom (Stacy) and Austin Hermann; two great grandchildren, Hillary and Hailey Hermann; one sister, Clara (Jerry) Ott; one sister-in-law, Phyllis Lenz. She is further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, one son-in-law, Ken Busscher, one brother and sister-in-law, Harold (Margaret) Biever, one sister and brother-in-law, Celia (Gilbert) Duarte, two sisters-in-law, Helen (Robert) Mueller and Lorraine (Earl) Eigenberger. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, May 9, 2014 at 4:00 p.m. at Holy Trinity Catholic Church (11928 Marken Road, Kiel) with the Rev. Patrick Nelson officiating. Friends may call on Friday at the church, from 2:00 p.m. until the time of the Mass. Interment will be at St. Wendel Cemetery. The family would like to extend a special thank you to Dr. Mark L. Herring and his staff Kathy and Ann, the staff of Shady Lane 4th Floor for their exceptional care and Father Patrick Nelson for his prayers.
