Eva May Steinhage, age 86, died Monday morning, June 15, 2015 at Sheboygan Senior Community. She was born March 13, 1929 in Milwaukee to Roy Henry and Louise Elizabeth (Sellhausen) Brown. On June 10, 1950 Eva was united in marriage to George Steinhage. He preceded her in death on January 10, 1977. Following his death she moved to Sheboygan where she was employed by the City of Sheboygan as a parking lot attendant, retiring in 2006 after twenty-two years. She is survived by four children, Joseph Steinhage of Cedarburg, Terri Horner of Milwaukee, Christine Alvarez of New York City, and Margaret Fenelon of Cudahy. She is further survived by six grandchildren and one great-grandchild. In honoring Eva's wishes, her body has been donated to UW-Madison Medical College.
