Frances Harvey

Frances E. Harvey, 86, of Sheboygan, passed away on Thursday, November 9, 2017 at St. Nicholas Hospital in Sheboygan. She was born June 13, 1931 in Lake Nabagamon, Douglas County, to William and Marjorie Ann (Jondreau) Rowe.
On July 21, 1951 she was united in marriage to Truman Harvey. He preceded her in death on November 3, 1993.
Frances worked for the Kohler Company in the Engine Plant until her retirement in 1995, and was a member of the � Century Club.
Frances was an avid reader, she enjoyed watching TV and cheering on the Brewers and Packers. Playing Bonko with friends was a favorite pass time, but her true passion was creating memories with her children and grandchildren, attending as many of their sporting activities as she could to cheer them on.
She is survived by her daughters; Christine (Roger) Wieck of Sheboygan, Donna (William) Brede of Elkhart Lake, and Cheryl (Raymond) MacDowell of Valley Springs, CA, her grandchildren; Tanya (John) Weigel, Nathan Bohn, Matthew (Angela) Bohn, Billie Jean Brede, Heather Jaurequi, Arlene Phipps, Samantha (Wayne) Williams, Amanda Davis, step-grandchildren Dennis (Heather) Brede and Nicole Brede, twenty-four great-grandchildren, five great-great-grandchildren, brother James (Janet) Rowe, sisters; Betty Hofstedt, Blanche Jacobson, Dorothy (Paul) Wedan, Donna Brevig, and Grace (Wallace) Hecker, brother-in-law Robert Smith, and by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, step-grandson Dustin Brede, great-grandson Jesse, infant brother Earl Rowe, sister Clara Smith, brothers-in-law; Roscoe Yadon, Ray Hofstedt, Robert Jacobson, Julian Brevig, and Dale Pearson.
A funeral service will be held on Monday, November 13, 2017 at 6:00 PM at Ballhorn Chapels Funeral & Cremation Care Center, 1201 N. 8th St. Sheboygan, with Pastor Gregory Whelton officiating. Cremation will follow with inurnment taking place at Greenlawn Memorial Park at a later date. Relatives and friends may visit with the family on Monday from 3:00 PM until the time of service at the FUNERAL HOME.
A memorial fund will be established in Frances's name.
