Frank D. Konz

Frank D. Konz, age 87, passed away Thursday morning, November 14, 2024, at Sharon S. Richardson Community Hospice. He was born on July 25, 1937 in New Holstein to the late John Sr. and Gertrude (Rietbrock) Konz. 

 On September 6, 1955, he was united in marriage to Betty Ann Ringel of Sheboygan. Frank enjoyed spending time at his cottage in Crandon and fishing on Lake Lucerne. In his free time, he enjoyed watching the Cleveland Browns, listening to polka music, and tending to his garden.

 In his younger days, he would spend time deer and pheasant hunting. Frank was employed at Kohler Company where he crafted urinals in the pottery.  

Frank is survived by his wife, Betty; his daughters, Cindy (Jay) Davies and Denise Konz; his granddaughters, Marrisa Davies and Kailey (Emiliano Yusef) Davies; and his brothers, Dave (Marie) Konz, Roger (Dorothy) Konz and Ed (Julie) Konz.  

He was preceded in death by his daughter, Sherry Konz; his parents; and his brothers, Thomas (Heidi) Konz, Daniel Konz, and John Jr. (Pat) Konz.  

A Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, November 23, 2024 at Hope Church, 612 Ontario Ave., Sheboygan, at 11:00 a.m., with Pastor David Vandokkumburg officiating. The family will greet relatives and friends at the church from 9:00 a.m. until the time of the service. Frank will be laid to rest during a private service at Sunrise Memorial Gardens. 

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Hope Church.
