Frieda Eisner

July 31, 1919 — January 20, 2015

Frieda Eisner age 95, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, January 20, 2015 at the Chilton Care Center where she had been a resident for nine years. She was born on July 31, 1919 in Sheboygan to her late parents Henry and Anna (Maertz) Diener. Frieda attended grade school at Trinity Lutheran technical school in Sheboygan to complete her education. She was united in marriage to Harold Eisner at the Trinity parsonage on August 31, 1940. The couple was married almost 62 years before Harold preceded her in death on June 22, 2002. Frieda was a life-long homemaker and took great satisfaction in being a devoted wife and mother, showering much love on her husband and children. She also took great joy in following the activities of her grandchildren. Frieda was a life-long member of Trinity Lutheran Church in Sheboygan. Frieda is survived by her two children, Jim (Joanne) Eisner of Chilton, and Jerry (Eileen) Eisner of Franklin, WI. She is also survived by five grandchildren; Kim Eisner of Chicago, IL, Beth (John) Lee of Broken Arrow, OK, Todd (Andrea) Eisner of Fremont, NE, Mark (special friend Michele) Eisner of Appleton, and Paul Eisner of Pewaukee, four great-grandchildren, Rebekah, Hannah, Sarah and Abagail Lee. Frieda was preceded in death by one sister and six brothers. The family would like to thank Chilton Care Center staff and Dr. Randy Theiler for their fine care and support. A time of visitation and support for the family will be held on Friday, January 23 from 12:30 PM - 2:00 PM at ZIMMER WESTVIEW FUNERAL AND CREMATION CARE CENTER, W2132 Garton Road, (Hwy 42 & JJ, Howards Grove). Funeral service will be at 2:00 PM with Rev. John Berg presiding. Private burial at Lutheran Cemetery, Sheboygan.
