Gary Staat

Our hearts say good bye to beloved father, papa, and friend. Gary Eugene Staat left this world Sunday January 27th 2013, joining his beloved wife Debra. Gary was born April 30, 1948 to the late Mathias and Lillian (Bersch) Staat . Following his high school graduation in Milwaukee, he joined the U.S. Air Force serving in Vietnam. He went on to receive his Bachelor of Arts from Lakeland College and served as an Information Security Officer for the Department of Veterans Affairs. Gary is survived by three daughters, Michelle L. Kempf (Charles), Melissa A. Staat, Michelle (Shelley) R. Gambon (Steve); one son Michael N. Clinge (Nicole); 3 grandaughters Erin, Caitlin, and Calliope; he is also survived by his brothers William and Kenneth; other nieces, nephews, and his girlfriend Jeanie. An intimate honorary service will be held Friday, February 1, 2013 at 3 p.m. Green Lawn Memorial Cemetery Chapel, 6706 Superior Ave. Kohler, WI 53044 In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Sheboygan Humane Society.
