Georgia Mae Miller

Georgia Mae Miller, age 89, passed away peacefully on December 21, 2024. She was born on April 23, 1935, in El Paso, Texas. Following her high school graduation, she met Gerold Miller. On March 12, 1954, they married in Fairbanks, Alaska, and shared 65 years together.

Georgia was an avid reader and loved spending time gardening and being with her family. She loved animals, especially her beloved cats. She and Gerold enjoyed their bike rides and walks together. She will be dearly missed by those who knew her.

Georgia is survived by her two children, Leslie (Vi) Miller and Jeri Miller (Richard) Dale. She is further survived by five grandchildren; Gordon (Georgie Nazos) Dale, Eric Dale, Mackenzie (Emma Smith) Dale, Ashley (Brian) Sweet, Dave Miller and three great-grandchildren; Gavin and Gray Sweet and Dimitri Nazos.

She is preceded in death by her husband Gerold and other relatives.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date.

The family would like to thank her wonderful caregivers Lisa Young and Linda Ledbeter who showed great care and compassion to Georgia and her family.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Humane Society of Sheboygan County.
