Gerald Thiel

Gerald M. "Jerry" Thiel, 68, of Sheboygan, passed away Saturday, December 24, 2016 at Morningside Nursing Home. Jerry was born August 26, 1968, in Sheboygan, to the late Norbert and Doris (Augustine) Thiel. He was part owner of Thiel's Construction and Thiel Trucking. Jerry was an avid fan of the Green Bay Packers and Elvis Presley.
Survivors include his three brothers, Glenn (Delores) Thiel, Bloomington, MN, Dennis Thiel, Sheboygan and Larry Thiel, Howards Grove; one half-brother, Eugene Thiel, Sheboygan; three half-sisters, Brenda Thiel, Sheboygan, Patty Thiel, Howards Grove and Stacia Resch, Sheboygan. He is further survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents, one sister, Sharon, one sister-in-law, Betty and one nephew, Shannon.
A funeral service for Jerry will be held on Thursday, December 29, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. at Ballhorn Chapels and Crematory (1201 N. 8th Street, Sheboygan) with the Rev. Alan Kretschmar officiating.
