Glenn A. Lorfeld, 88, of Sheboygan, passed away Saturday, February 20, 2016 at Pine Haven Nursing Home. Glenn was born October 7, 1927, in Centerville, to the late Alfred and Louise (Weigand) Lorfeld. He served his country in the United States Army during the Korean War. On November 20, 1948, he married the former Lillian Lutze, at St. John St. Peter Lutheran Church in Cleveland. Glenn was employed by Schultz Sav-O for 42 years before retiring in 1990, as a purchaser. He was a member of the American Lutheran Association and the Riverview Club. He also volunteered at Aurora Sheboygan Memorial Medical Center and the Stephanie Weill Center. Glenn was an avid golfer throughout his life and a Green Bay Packers fan.
In addition to his wife, Lillian, he is survived by one son, Randal (Julie) Lorfeld; one daughter, Lisa (Phil) Cosson; eleven grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; two sisters, Elaine Sieker and Delores Buechel.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one daughter, Debora Richards, one grandchild, Jeremiah, two brothers, Edward and Robert and one sister, Marge.
A memorial service for Glenn will be held on Friday, February 26, 2016 at 6:00 p.m. at Zimmers Westview Funeral and Cremation Care Center (Hwy 42 JJ, Howards Grove) with the Rev.
