Isabel E. Klokow, 91, of Cleveland, passed away Saturday, June 7, 2014 at home. Isabel was born June 26, 1922 in the Town of Sheboygan Falls to the late Walter and Minnie (Noldmann) Mahler. On March 23, 1940, she married Karl Klokow in Millersville. He preceded her in death on July 6, 1999. Isabel was a member of St. John's United Church of Christ, Schwarzwald. Isabel enjoyed cooking, canning, gardening, quilting, shopping and socializing. Survivors include her son, Robert Klokow; two granddaughters, Karla Klokow-Phillips (Special Friend, Rance Jones) and Kristine (Michael) Williams; six great-grandchildren, Abra Williams, Chase Williams, Karlee Phillips, Isabella Lopez, Elizabeth Lopez and Immanuel Lopez; three step-grandchildren, Vicky (Randy) Meyer, Kathy (Steve) Kieckhafer and Chris Spindler; nine step-great-grandchildren, Miranda, Justin, Rachael, Tiffany, Jared, Becky, Charlie, Ryan and Derek. In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by three infant brothers, her twin sister Elizabeth Karsteadt, daughter-in-law, Loyce Klokow, grandson-in-law, Eugene Spindler. A funeral service will be held for Isabel on Friday, June 13, 2014 at St. John's United Church of Christ - Schwarzwald (W3401 Orchard Road) at 11:00 a.m. with the Rev. Robert Hamilton officiating. Friends may call on Thursday, June 12, at the Zimmer's Westview Funeral Home (Hwy 42 & JJ, Howards Grove) from 3:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. and again on Friday, at the church from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service. A memorial fund has been established in her name.
