Surviving by her four children and husband; Isaah 13, Emma 16, Rachel 21, Alex 23, and husband Rafael 45. A proud mother of four children Ivy raised her kids to be strong, kind hearted and loving. She always had a listening ear & open arms when her children needed her the most. She loved her children unconditionally and passed no judgment. Ivy was always the happiest when her children were around and under her roof. Despite how many health issues Ivy did have she always remained strong and continued to care for and sacrifice for her family. Ivy was a very creative and artistic individual who loved to make people laugh. Growing up on a farm she developed a love and passion for animals. She had always dreamed to one day become a veterinarian but instead she started a family. Ivy later on worked for the Salvation Army and quickly became deeply involved with her work. She loved working at the Salvation Army and loved helping those in need. She was an amazing mother and she is loved and missed by many. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday, June 2, 2014 at 12:00 p.m. at St. Clement Catholic Church (522 New York Avenue, Sheboygan) with the Rev. Carlos Zapata as celebrant.
