Jackie Machtig

Jackie Arthur Louis Machtig, 73, of Sheboygan, died on Tuesday, August 9, 2016 at Meadow View Manor in Sheboygan. He was born on June 4, 1943 in Sheboygan to John and Leona (Krepsky) Machtig.
Jackie was the owner operator of Jack's Mobil and J.M. Sinclair Service Station in Sheboygan until the late 60's. He then went on to drive truck for Scheffler Transport for 28 years, and finished his career with Flash Trucking retiring in 1999. Antiques cars and being a member of Rods Limited Car Club was a passion of Jackie's. He was also a member of the Midwest Channel Scanners CB Radio Club. A lover of music, Jackie was a band manager, and a strong supporter of the Sheboygan Youth Band which his daughter played in. He was a chairman for March of Dimes Fundraising campaigns
Jackie is survived by his children Todd (Dawn) Machtig and Victoria (Sven) Almgren, grandsons Dakota and Tate Machtig, and his best friend Darrell Widder. He was preceded in death by his parents.

The Machtig Family will host a casual visitation and celebration of Jack's life on Sunday, August 14, 2016 from 2-4:00p.m. at Lakeview Park (3201 Lakeshore Drive Sheboygan,WI 53081.)
