James B. Eichmann, age 81, of Sheboygan, died Tuesday morning, November 11, 2014 at Aurora Sheboygan Memorial Medical Center. He was born May 21, 1933 in Sheboygan to Bernard and Anna (Yehle) Eichmann. He was a graduate of Sheboygan North High School, Class of 1951. He served his country in the US Army stationed in Germany. On September 13, 1958 James and Carol Grayson were united in marriage at St. Peter Claver Catholic Church. She preceded him in death on August 26, 2011. Jim was a member of St. Peter Claver Catholic Parish. For a number of years Jim worked for Thielmann's Sausage Co. before beginning employment with Williamson Ford in auto sales. He ended his career in advertising at the Sheboygan Press until retirement. Jim and Carol enjoyed going to the casinos and were members of the Sheboygan Elks Lodge. Jim also enjoyed golfing and bowling with his friends over the years. He is survived by his sister, Carol (Dick) Wachter of Sheboygan Falls; two nieces, Teresa (friend, Dave Berlin) Claerbout and Christine (Jeff) Casper all of Sheboygan Falls; two great nieces, Lindee and Brooke; one great nephew, Bill; and other relatives and friends. A memorial service will be held Saturday, November 15, 2015 at 1:00 p.m. at Zimmer Westview Funeral and Cremation Care Center. Deacon Michael Burch will officiate. A time of visitation and support will be held from 11:00 a.m. until the time of service. In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established in his name.
