Jamie Marie (Van Den Heuvel) Church, 37 of Sheboygan, passed away unexpectedly on Monday February 9th, 2015. She was born in Green Bay, WI on April 5th, 1977. She graduated from Kewaskum High School. Jamie married the love of her life, Doug Church, on April 12, 1996. She was employed at Port Recycling for 17 years. She enjoyed being with her husband and children who were the loves of her life, and enjoyed their time at the Dell's, biking, walking, fishing, reading, and bowling. She is survived by her husband of 19 years, Doug Church; three children, Ashley, Doug, and Damion Church; mother, Mary Jo (Kain) Van Den Heuvel, DePere; four sisters, Lorri Abel, DePere, Mary Van Den Heuvel, GA, Amy Steeno, Green Bay, Joan (Jeff) Lenhardt, Fond du Lac; mother-in-law, Bonnie Church, Sheboygan; two sisters-in-law, Glenda (Keith) Nelson, Sheboygan and Polly (Junior) Sanchez; five brothers-in-law, Sonny Church, Dwayne Church, Gary Church, David Church and Jonah Church. She is further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends. She was preceded in death by her father Jim Van Den Heuvel, father-in-law Floyd Church, grandparents, and nephew Brian Abel. A funeral service will be held on Monday, February 16, 2015 at 3:00 p.m. at Ebenezer United Church of Christ (3215 Saemann Avenue, Sheboygan) with the Rev. Lorri Steward officiating. Friends may call on Monday, at the church, from 1:00 p.m. until the time of service. Please visit www.ballhornchapels.com to sign the guestbook.
