Joseph Zoran

Joseph J. Zoran, age 79, found peace, Sunday, June 29, 2014 at Sharon S. Richardson Community Hospice. He was born July 20, 1934 to parents Joseph and Anna (Strupeck) Zoran in Sheboygan. Joseph graduated Central High School. He served his country in the US Army. Joseph worked several years as a sheet metal worker. His interest and hobby in horses since high school developed into a lifetime career. He established El Reata Arabian Horse Farm. Joseph was an Arabian horse breeder, owner, trainer and competed at a National level. He was a dealer of Hawk Trailers, and a member of Wisconsin Egyptian Arabian Horse Alliance and the Arabian Horse Association. Joseph was united in marriage on August 20, 1991 to Marjorie Latham. In addition to his devoted wife, Marjorie, whom he loved very much, he is survived by his children, Christine Zoran, Charlette Nennig, Jon (Mary Lou) Zoran and Catherine (Michael) Theobald, step-children Lisa (Robert) Meyer and Sean (Terri) Latham. Grandchildren; Craig (Nicole) Nennig, Joshua and Paige Zoran, Matthew and Amanda Theobald, Samantha and Kasey Latham, Danielle and Mitchell Meyer, one great-grandson Gram Nennig, sister; Ann (James) Perreault, one niece and several nephews. Preceded in death by his parents, 2 brothers; William and Richard, son-in-law LeRoy Nennig Jr., and nephew James Perreault. Private family memorial service will take place. Memorial donations are being accepted on behalf of our family for Sharon S. Richardson Community Hospice. The family would like to thank the Sharon S. Richardson Hospice staff, Dr. Kumar and Vince Lombardi Aurora Cancer services, staff who have helped our family with this journey.
