Kerry L. Nosal, age 55, of Sheboygan, died peacefully which is exactly where she wanted to be, at home in her own bed, Tuesday, January 26, 2016 with her loving husband, Gary, at her side. For the past year she has fought valiantly to win her battle with cancer.
She was born May 17, 1960 and raised in Sheboygan by her parents, Donald and Elaine Vasselos. She was a graduate of Sheboygan South High School, Class of 1978.
On February 20, 1982 Kerry and Gary J. Nosal were united in marriage.
Kerry was first and foremost, a loving wife and partner to Gary, and over the past thirty-five years has worked in a number of roles throughout the Sheboygan area. Her passions included shopping, knitting, hooking rugs, going to Door County and hanging out with her family and friends.
In addition to her devoted husband, Gary, she is survived by her brother-in-law, David, his wife, Sally, their children, Emilie, Jonathan, and Andrew; her mother-in-law, Doris, who at the sweet young age of ninety-six, will miss her dearly.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her father-in-law, John.
A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, February 2, 2016 at 12:30 p.m. at the Chapel of Eternal Light at Greenlawn Memorial Park in Kohler. Pastor Marianne Brandt, Spiritual Care and Bereavement Coordinator at Sharon S. Richardson Community Hospice, will officiate. A time of visitation and support will be held from 11:30 a.m. until the time of service.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established in her name.
