Leonard Saeger

Leonard L. Saeger, 77, of Sheboygan, passed away on Thursday, August 27, 2015 at St. Nicholas Hospital. Leonard was born in Ashland Co., WI on August 15, 1938 to the late Irvin and Evelyn (Seipel) Saeger. On June 5, 1965 he was united in marriage to the love of his life Donna Kohl at St. Luke United Methodist Church in Sheboygan. Leonard was a member of Life & Joy Ministries. He was employed at Schlictings Supermarket in Sheboygan Falls, and was currently on staff at Friendship House in Sheboygan. Leonard enjoyed photography and comic books. He loved playing chess and monopoly, and doing crossword puzzles. He also enjoyed listening to music and watching classic movies and TV shows. Leonard is survived by his wife of 50 years Donna, by his brother-in-law Wayne (Kathryn) Kohl, and by several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother LeRoy (Judy) Saeger. A Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, August 29, 2015 at 11:00 AM at Ballhorn Chapels 1201 N. 8th St. Sheboygan with Rev. Ric Olson officiating. Burial will follow at Greenlawn Cemetery in Kohler. Relatives and friends may visit with the family on Saturday, August 29, 2015 from 9:00 to 11:00 AM at the FUNERAL HOME.
