LeRoy O. “Butch” Baumann, 92, of Sheboygan went home to his Lord and Savior on Monday, September 27, 2021. LeRoy was born on August 1, 1929, in Sheboygan to Otto and Jennie (Kaat) Baumann.
LeRoy attended local schools and was united in marriage to Audrey Gruber, on May 24, 1950. They enjoyed 36 years of marriage before her passing on June 12, 2009.
LeRoy was a lifetime member of the Netherland Reformed Congregation Church in Sheboygan.
LeRoy was well-known in Sheboygan, for his gift of growing superb vegetables. Together with his uncle, Peter Kaat, they grew produce for the local supermarkets as well as for private residents. LeRoy taught his children great work ethic, by involving them in the family business.
LeRoy was enthusiastic for life and loved the great outdoors, which included tending to his well-stocked pond, fishing and hunting.
