Lorraine Grams

Lorraine A. Grams, age 95, of Sheboygan, a resident of Sunny Ridge, died there Sunday morning, October 19, 2014. She was born May 28, 1919 in Sheboygan to Arthur and Willa (Wachsmuth) Muth. She attended Sheboygan Public Schools and was a graduate of Central High School, Class of 1937. On September 2, 1939 Lorraine and Wilbert Grams were united in marriage at the home of her parents. Wilbert preceded her in death on August 3, 1993. For a number of years Lorraine was employed in the office at Polar Ware Co. She was a former member of First Church of Christ, Scientist where she served as Reader as well as in many other offices of the church. Survivors include her sister, Carita Schweer of Mesa, Arizona and her dear neighbors, Karen and Rick Gorr. In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her brother-in-law, Helmuth Schweer. Funeral services will be held at 4:00 p.m. Wednesday, October 22, 2014 at Ballhorn Funeral Chapels. Rev. Gregory S. Whelton will officiate. A time of visitation and support will be held at the funeral home from 3:00 p.m. until the time of service. Burial will take place at Wildwood Cemetery. A memorial fund has been established in her name.
