Mary Barts

Mary L. Barts, 73, of Sheboygan, died on Friday, July 1, 2016 at her home surrounded by her family. She was born on November 22, 1942 in Sheboygan to Fred and Alice (Rickmeier) Krepsky. Mary attended Sheboygan Central High School. In 1958 Mary was united in marriage to the love of her life Allen Barts. Allen preceded her in death on November 22, 1994.
Mary worked for the Kohler Company in the Brass Division for 27 years. She loved cooking and canning, and was known for her famous German Potato Salad. She enjoyed watching TV, going out to eat, all things Amish, and was an avid coupon clipper.
Mary is survived by her children; Richard (Rhonda) Barts, Joan (Steve) Rejholec, Jane Broehm, and Janice (Jim) Johnson, ten grandchildren, sixteen great-grandchildren, best friend Mary Vincevineus, and her faithful companion Missy. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Allen, and her sister Ann Beckertgis.
A Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, July 5, 2016 at 12:30 PM at Ballhorn Chapels Funeral & Cremation Care Center 1201 N. 8th St. Sheboygan, with Rev. Mark Brunn officiating. Burial will take place on Thursday, July 7, 2016 at 2:30 PM at Wildwood Cemetery. Relatives and friends may visit with the family on Tuesday, July 5, 2016 from 10:30 AM until the time of service at the FUNERAL HOME.
In lieu of flowers a memorial fund will be established in Mary's name.
The family would like to thank the staff at Sharon S. Richardson Community Hospice and the staff on the 3rd floor at Aurora Sheboygan Memorial Hospital for all the care and comfort they provided.
