Mary Sejba

June 15, 1927 — September 5, 2014

Mary Jane Sejba, 87, of Sheboygan Falls, went home to be with her Lord on Thursday, September 4, 2014 at Sharon S. Richardson Community Hospice. Mary Jane was born June 15, 1927 in Sheboygan Falls to Jerry and Dora Nichols Sejba. She attended a one room school house in Bryant, WI and was a graduate of Antigo High School, Class of 1945. Mary Jane was employed as a punch press operator for 43 years at Kohler Company in the Brass Division until her retirement on June 15, 1989. She bowled for team "Weavers" for 25 years as well as golfed. Mary Jane also enjoyed taking cruises, going to Las Vegas, trips to Oneida, playing bingo with her best friend, Bernie, and the fun monthly get together at Wagon Wheel, hunting, and fishing in Land O' Lakes. She was a faithful member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Sheboygan as well as a member of the Kohler Quarter Century Club. Mary Jane is survived by her best friend, Bernadine Bawden of Sheboygan Falls; six nieces, Barbara Ahrens of Sheboygan Falls, Sandra (Richard) Dolgner of Howards Grove, Janet (Veron) Conrad of Cleveland, Carol (William) Fleming of Green Bay, Lynda (Richard) Lackey of Sheboygan Falls, and Jane Elsinger of Buffalo Grove, IL; a sister-in-law, Hazel Sejba of Buffalo Grove, IL; special friends, Pat Kuhfuss and Carla (Tom) Williamson; and many other great nieces, nephews, and special friends. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers, Joseph and Gerald "Bud"; a sister-in-law, Norma Sejba; niece, Kay Sejba; nephew, LeRoy Ahrens; and great nephew, Richard J. Dolgner. A funeral service will be held at 1:00pm on Tuesday, September 9, 2014 at St. Paul's Lutheran Church, 1810 N. 13th Street, Sheboygan. Rev. Alan Kretschmar, Pastor, will officiate. A time of visitation and support will be held from 11:00am until the time of service on Tuesday. IN LIEU OF FLOWERS, a memorial fund has been established in her name for St. Paul's Lutheran Church, Sheboygan. Mary Jane's family would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to the caregivers at first floor Sunny Ridge Health and Rehabilitation Center, Sheboygan Medical Arts Group, Sharon S. Richardson Community Hospice, Deb, Sue and Elizabeth from St. Nicholas Home Health, Dr. Vytas Kerpe, Nurse Keri, Kathy and Vicki from Therapy O.T. AND P.T at Sunny Ridge for the care and compassion shown to her.
