Patrice L. Champeau

Patrice L. Champeau, passed away on Wednesday, November 21, after a lengthy battle with cancer.

Pat was born on June 4, 1957 in Sheboygan, Wisconsin to the late Joseph P. and Virginia (Puls) Champeau.

Pat is survived by her sister, Lynette; niece, Sindy and nephew, Craig of Cambridgeshire, England; good friends Karen Ten Haken and Stacy Haas of Sheboygan; and many other friends and relatives. She will also be greatly missed by her cats Bella and Oreo.

Pat was preceded in death by her parents and closest friend Mattie (Skye) Hunter.

Pat had a variety of interests, including: music, photography, hiking while enjoying nature and wildlife, and private investigations of missing people. But ultimately she was a caregiver, taking care of others as a nurse’s aide and being a proud “rescue mom” to many animals throughout her life.

We would like to thank Dr. Bettag and the team at both the Sheboygan Cancer Clinic and Blood Specialists, along with Dr. Max Haid and her many other caregivers for their care and compassion.

Pat, being the animal lover she was, has requested any memorials be sent to the Sheboygan County Humane Society.
