Patricia Brinkman Gollner

Patricia Brinkman Gollner was born on September 11, 1958 and passed away on March 21, 2021 at the age of 62. She attended Sheboygan county schools until earning her bachelor’s degree from UW-Stevens Point and her master’s degree at UW-Milwaukee. Patti married the love of her life, Paul Gollner, on September 8, 1990 in Sheboygan and had a son, Jonathan, in 1992. She worked as a social worker in Sheboygan County before becoming a licensed clinical therapist and then co-owner of Northshore Clinic in Sheboygan, also teaching juvenile law to social workers for the State of Wisconsin.

Patti’s passion for helping people was exemplified by her warmth and compassion. Always the first to volunteer for fundraisers, field trips and helping out in any way she could, she defined herself by tirelessly taking care of her loved ones and friends. She also enjoyed gardening and meeting with her book club.

Patti is survived by her husband, Paul; son, Jonathan (Madison Schmelig); mother, Darlene Raml; stepmother, Barbara Brinkman; siblings Mary (Kym) Davis and children Bejya (Eric Freedman and son Sylas) and Kalyb (Karen), Amy (Mark) Sagal and sons Jacob and Cole; brother-in-law, Tom Hauert; stepbrothers, Scott (Marylu) Torrison and Greg (Kim) Torrison. She is further survived by additional family and friends. Patti is preceded in death by her daughter, Andrea Gollner; father, John Brinkman; stepfather, Robert Raml and sister, Kate Hauert.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, March 31, 2021 at St. Dominic Parish, 2133 N. 22nd St., Sheboygan, from 9:30 am until 11:30 am, with a service following. Facial masks will be required for the time of visitation. A private family Celebration of Life will be held at a later time. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the Sheboygan County Cancer Fund in Patti’s name.
