Patricia "Patty" A. Jung

Patricia A. Jung, 75, of Sheboygan, passed away on Friday, February 2, 2024 at Sharon S. Richardson Community Hospice in Sheboygan Falls.  She was born April 20, 1948 in Sheboygan to the late Roland and Audrey (Eldridge) Beck.   Patty graduated from Sheboygan South High School with the Class of 1967.  Following graduation, she proudly joined and served in the US Navy.

Patty was a librarian at the Fond Du Lac Public Library for many years.  Family was the most important thing in Patty’s life. She loved spending time with them traveling, playing cards, and creating lasting memories with them.  She also enjoyed being outdoors and taking walks.   She was a collector of elephants, butterflies and snow globes.  Patty was larger than life, her smile would light up the room when she entered.  She is going to be truly missed by all who knew and loved her.

Patty is survived by her children; Chris Jung and Beth (Greg Copeland) White, granddaughter Abby (Darius Davis) Jung, great-granddaughter Titania Davis, sisters; Kathy (Mark) Wilterdink, Jennifer (Ervin) Westphal, and Linda (Marvin) Rate, brother-in-law Gary Darmondy, former daughter-in-law Marjo Wilson, and is further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.  She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Jacob Jung, sister Barb (Martin) Gesch and brother Russell Beck.

A funeral service will be held on Friday, February 9, 2024 at 1:00 PM at Ballhorn Chapels Funeral & Cremation Care Center, 1201 N. 8^th St. Sheboygan. Burial with military honors will follow at Sunrise Memorial Gardens.  Relatives and friends may visit with the family on February 9, 2024 from 11:00 AM until the time of service at the FUNERAL HOME.

In lieu of flowers a memorial fund will be established in Patty’s name.
