Phillip R. Golding, 61, of Sheboygan, passed away on Sunday, July 7, 2019 surrounded by his loving family. He was born May 22, 1958 in Tacoma, WA to Leslie and Darlene (Ashbrook) Golding. He graduated from Lincoln High School in WA. On May 1, 1981 he was united in marriage to Linda Cockrell in Sheboygan.
Phil worked for numerous Facilities in the Sheboygan area. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, shooting pool. He had a passion for woodworking and was extremely talented. Most of all he loved spending time with his family and creating lasting memories with his grandchildren.
Phil is survived by his wife of 37 years Linda, son Brett (Julie) Golding, daughter Kayla Golding, four grandchildren; Patience Golding, Sophia Hoffman-Golding, Brynn Golding and Harper Golding, brother John Golding of Deatsville, AL, sister Edith (Doug) Haney of Baraboo, and several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, and two brothers, Mike and Larry Golding.
A Celebration of Phil's Life will be held on Thursday, July 18, 2019 from 4:00 PM until 7:00 PM at Ballhorn Chapels Funeral and Cremation Care Center, 1201 N. 8th St. Sheboygan.
In lieu of flowers a memorial fund will be established in Phil's name.
