Rebecca Wetzel

Rebecca L. Wetzel, 52, of Sheboygan, passed away Monday afternoon, June 1, 2015 after a lengthy illness. She was born May 11, 1963 in Sheboygan to Rachel and Albert Wetzel. She was a graduate of Sheboygan North High School, Class of 1981. She was previously married to Brian Munro, Jr. Over the years Becky was employed at Kohler Resorts, primarily Whistling Straits as a chef as well as going on to the Masters Tournament in Augusta, Georgia where she was in charge of the Rolex and Mercedes culinary kitchen. The past two years were spent working as a chef in Wyoming at the Gros Ventre River Ranch. Becky is survived by her mother, Rachel Wetzel; her son, Ian Munro; her daughter, Anna Munro; her brother, Ross Wetzel; and other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her father, Albert Wetzel and her infant daughter, Hillary Munro. A memorial service will be held at 4:00 p.m. on Friday, June 5, 2015 at Grace Episcopal Church, 1011 N. 7th St. Sheboygan, WI. The Reverend Dr. Karl Schaffenburg will officiate.
