Richard Forsterling

Richard Lee Forsterling, 64, of Kiel, passed away on Sunday, October 11, 2015 surrounded by loving family at his home. Rick was born on June 5, 1951 in Sheboygan to the late Roger and Jean (Clark) Forsterling. Rick went to Holy Name Grade School graduate class of 1966 and attended North High School. Rick joined the US Army and served two tours in Vietnam. On April 21, 1979 he was united in marriage to Barbara Wiroll, she preceded him in death on January 21, 2006. Rick retired after 37 years working at the Kohler Company. He enjoyed fireworks, his boats, his dogs Satie and Pepper, and most importantly spending time with his family and friends at Cedar Lake. Rick is survived by his fiancée Mary Steffen, two sons; Mike (Amanda) Forsterling of Hartland, and Randy Forsterling of Green Bay, by three grandchildren; Ethan, Noah, and Ella, by his brothers; Tom (Chris) Forsterling and Fred (Mary) Forsterling, and sisters; Patricia (the late Roger) Waisanen, Nancy (the late Dean) Roerdink, Mary Ann (Rick) Waldbauer, and Debbie (fiancé Jeff McKay) Forsterling. Also by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends, you know who you are.
