Richard "Dick" Miller age 81 found peace, Thursday, January 22, 2015. He was born on March 8, 1933 in Cut River, MI to parents Floyd and Violet (Movelson) Miller. Dick was a 1951 graduate of Manistique High School. On June 1, 1957, Richard "Dick" Miller and Sharon Knight were united in marriage in Manistique. Together, the couple owned & operated the Knotty Klub Bar and Restaurant, The Christmas Cone, Motel and Party Store in Christmas Michigan, also running the local post office as well. He and Sharon moved to Sheboygan Falls in 2001. Surviving Richard is his son and daughter-in-law, Scott (Jodi) Miller of Howards Grove and his daughter and son-in-law, Robin (Carl) Lindquist of Howards Grove; her four grandchildren, Cortney and Nick Lindquist; Jordan and Justin Miller; two brothers, Kenneth Miller of Michigan and Lloyd (Caroline) Miller, of Florida; three sisters, Marcella Quick (Special friend Don Carlson) and Helen Lynts (Special friend Gary Aken), both of Manistique and Eleanor Talley of Florida, a sister-in-law, Karen (Dennis) Curtis of National City, MI. In addition to his parents, Richard was also preceded in death by his loving wife Sharon, one brother, one sister, three brother-in-laws and two sister-in-laws. A Funeral Service will be held on Tuessday, January 27 at 1:00 p.m. at Zimmer Westview Funeral & Cremation Care Center, W2132 Garton Road, Sheboygan. Reverend Thomas Fleischmann, Sheboygan County Chaplain will officiate. Interment will follow the service at Saron Cemetery in the Town of Sheboygan Falls. Friends may call at Westview on from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the service. A memorial fund has been established in Richard's name.
