Roger L. Mohr

Roger L. Mohr, age 88, of Sheboygan passed away on Tuesday, June 6, 2023, at Sheboygan Progressive Health Services.

He was born in Sheboygan on April 26, 1935, to the late Ruben and Lorena (Hallwachs) Mohr. He attended local schools and graduated from Central High School in 1953. After graduation, Roger was drafted in the United States Army and was stationed in Germany. He was employed at Thomas Industries, and after the company closure, he was machinist at Hayssen Manufacturing Company.

Roger loved to travel to Canada to hunt and fish. He was one to always be outside and gardening was always something he liked to do. 

Roger is survived by his sister, Marjorie (John) Navis of Waldo; nieces and nephews, Richard (Dawn) Navis, Annette (Tim) Wisse, Mary (Chad) Lensink, Michael (Jen) Navis and Timothy (Leslie) Navis and 19 great-nieces and nephews.

Roger will be laid to rest next to his parents at Lutheran Cemetery.

The family would like to thank the staff at Sheboygan Progressive Health Services for their care and support given to Roger. They would also like to thank Roger’s special neighbor for all of his help.
