Ronald Post

Ronald G. Post. 81, of Sheboygan passed away Friday, July 26, 2013 at home surrounded by his family. Ronald was born May 27, 1932 in Sheboygan to Roland and Elsie (Krueger) Post. He graduated from Central High School in 1950. Ron went to Business College and taught Arthur Murray dance. He served in the US Army from 1956 - 1958. Ronald married Linda Strean on December 24, 1960. He worked at Polar Ware for forty years. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and camping and was an avid Brewer and Packer fan. Ron also played Sheepshead, cribbage and card games on the computer. Ronald is survived by his wife Linda, three sons; Randy, Scott (Joanne), Alan (the late Donna), two daughters; the late Terry Post and Jody (Robert) Gordon. Fifteen grandchildren, nineteen great-grandchildren, one brother; Roger (Angie) Post, one sister; Joan (Harold) Holt, four sister-in-laws; Arlene (Paul) Hubbard, Lucille McLaughlin, Barbara (Dennis) Herr and LaVerne Strean. Ron is survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends. He was preceded in death by parents, a daughter, daughter-in-law and granddaughter, two brother-in-laws, and a nephew. A Memorial Service will be held at 2:00 PM on Saturday, August 3, 2013 at Zimmer's Westview Funeral & Cremation Care Center, W2132 Garton Road, (Hwy 42 and Cty Rd JJ) with Pastor Aaron Herman presiding.
