Tammy Post

Tammy K. Post, 49, of Sheboygan, passed away on Sunday, February 28, 2016 at her home.
She was born on November 28, 1966 in Sheboygan to Gary Ray and Dianne Dorothy (Hermann) Adams.
Tammy was compassionate, care free, and full of life, a person who lived in and for the moment. She also enjoyed spending time with her family and friends, she loved taking trips to the casino, going to car shows, taking motorcycle rides and taking long Sunday drives.
Tammy is survived by her Fiancee Michael Petershack, children; Kenneth Post, Travis (Samantha Bowers) Post, Stacyann Post, and Donald Burby, grandchildren; Immanuel, Daemon, and Dezinaha, and by a brother Glenn (Heidi) Adams, and a sister Michelle Adams. She is further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Tammy was preceded in death by her parents and daughter Dezeniah.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, March 4, 2016 at 5:00 PM at Ballhorn Chapels Funeral Cremation Care Center 1201 N. 8th St. Sheboygan. Relatives and friends may visit with the family on Friday, March 4, 2016 from 2:00 PM until the time of service at the FUNERAL HOME.
