Wendy K. Rogers

Wendy K. Rogers, age 55, went to be with her Lord on May 10, 2023, at Aurora BayCare Medical Center in Green Bay.

She was born on September 25, 1967, in Wausau to the late Lester and Patricia (Aldrich) Rogers. She graduated from South High School and then furthered her education in cosmetology. She was employed at Toro for over 15 years. Wendy was proud to be a breast cancer survivor of two years.

Wendy’s laugh, bubbly personality reached the hearts of so many that will dearly miss her. She was always willing to help others without asking for anything in return. She was a free spirit with the determination to succeed with a positive attitude and the ability to make anybody laugh in any situation. Wendy enjoyed riding horses and motorcycles, gardening, fishing and anything to do with outside. Above all, Wendy dedicated her time and love to her only son, Samson. She was always there cheering him on and helping with the powerlifting family.

Wendy is survived by her son, Samson (Rebecca Sohn) Hou-Seye; siblings, Donna (Thomas) Carmody, Lester (Portia) Rogers, and James Rogers; nieces, nephews, other family and friends further survive.

Wendy was preceded in death by her parents and a brother Tracey Rogers.

A Celebration of Wendy's life will be held at 12:15 PM on Saturday, June 3, 2023, at Crossroads Community Church, 4321 Co Rd A., in Sheboygan with Pastor Jeff Jaeger officiating. Family will greet visitors at the church on Saturday from 10:00 AM until NOON.

In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established in Wendy’s name.
